I started by working on our own website: how customers found us, and how enquiries came in. Every client we have found us online. That experience shaped Builder.
As an owner, you need to understand what you're paying for, see what's being done, and know who to call. That's how I want this service to work for you.
Most of the owners we work with are families trying to build something. I have seen them pay $2,000 a month for marketing that brought in nothing, or burn through an ad budget on people who were only comparing prices. Often they could not even tell where their customers were coming from. I had the same problem. When I finally tracked it at CleanerOffices, I turned our ads off, because the people who found us through search were a better fit. I want to tell you the truth about what works, and charge a fair price for it.
